I am delighted to announce our Fish Club’s pre-Christmas treat – I hope you can make it! Join me in a special three-course lunch at Rick Stein's world-famous Seafood Restaurant in Padstow. The food will be delicious, and there's a varied and exciting seasonal menu on offer.

As an extra event open to the public I will be cooking a paella at the Cafe du Parc in Victoria Park, Bideford, on 17 September, from 12.30 onwards. There'll be great live music.

Saturday 1st October, Hart Inn, Hartland

Come and join me for a set three-course informal meal in this small unpretentious friendly pub. I am really pleased to announce this the first Autumn lunch to start our season of exploring and enjoying the finest local seafood. The pub has a maxium of 30 seats, so pleased do not delay in booking. I look forward to seeing you!

Update . . . Thanks to all of you who came along and supported us. My new seafood bar went down a storm, and our fish curries, paella, and surf burgers were hot sellers. And I shucked the shells from hundreds of oysters for a number of keen seafood connoisseurs and converts!

Come and meet me and my team at Barnstaple Papnier Market on Sunday 29 May and Monday 30 May. We're really pleased to be supporting this event, and we'll be cooking up some tasty local seafood treats including our new surf-burgers (made with 90% fish), scollops on a stick, and our famous fish curry.
